Travel Agent - IATA Certified (Amadeus GDS)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, detail‑driven Travel Agent to join the webook.com team. You will own the full booking lifecycle, using Amadeus GDS to deliver seamless travel solutions for corporate and leisure clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage PNRs for flights, hotels, cars, and ancillaries within Amadeus.
• Construct and price published, private, and corporate fares, then issue tickets.
• Process reissues, revalidations, voids, refunds, and EMDs according to fare rules.
• Handle schedule changes, IROPs, and cancellations proactively.
• Advise clients on itineraries, fare options, visa and entry requirements.
• Maintain daily queues within SLA and ensure accurate BSP reporting.
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers for waivers and group requests.
• Provide high‑quality service via phone, email, and chat, including escalation handling.

Required profile

• IATA/UFTAA certification (Foundation or Consultant level) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑5 years of experience in an IATA‑accredited agency or TMC.
• Advanced proficiency in Amadeus GDS (cryptic commands, PNR servicing, fare pricing, ticketing, reissue/refund).
• Strong knowledge of fare construction, fare rules, taxes, interline/codeshare handling.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
