Venue Technology Supervisor

About the role

Talent BluePrint is looking for an experienced Venue Technology Supervisor to oversee the planning, implementation and day‑to‑day operation of technology systems across multiple event venues in Riyadh and Jeddah. The role is hands‑on, requiring close collaboration with venue teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure technology readiness for large‑scale live events.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise deployment, testing, commissioning and live operation of venue technology systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders to meet technology requirements on schedule.
• Monitor system performance during events, conduct inspections and readiness checks, and manage incident resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of assets, installations, testing activities and incidents.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, security and venue procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in venue technology, IT infrastructure or event technology operations.
• Proven experience supporting large‑scale sporting events, exhibitions or complex live venues.
• Strong understanding of network/connectivity concepts and ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia and able to work onsite in Riyadh and Jeddah.
