Vice President of Operations & Global Expansion

About the role

UnlockLand, an AI‑driven PropTech leader, is looking for a senior executive to shape and execute its global operations and expansion strategy. The role will drive scalable systems, cross‑functional execution, and operational excellence across North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a global operations strategy covering delivery, workflow design, and multi‑market scaling.
• Define operational KPIs, systems, and processes to support rapid expansion.
• Architect localization frameworks for new countries, addressing regulations, pricing, and compliance.
• Oversee international service delivery, support functions, and enterprise deployment models.
• Build scalable internal systems that integrate data, finance, product, and customer‑success workflows.
• Partner with AI and product teams to identify automation opportunities and establish quality and risk‑mitigation standards.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and go‑to‑market teams to accelerate adoption and improve customer outcomes.
• Manage partnerships, enterprise delivery, and stakeholder relationships with ministries, REITs, developers, and large clients.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in fast‑growth SaaS/AI environments.
• Demonstrated success in international expansion and scaling operations.
• Deep understanding of real‑estate, smart‑city, or PropTech ecosystems.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
