About the role
Marriott International invites recent university graduates to join the Voyage Global Leadership Development Program, a full‑time, paid 12‑18 month journey that combines hands‑on hotel operations with leadership training across more than 50 countries.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in mini‑rotations across hotel functions to manage projects, improve processes and champion innovation.
- Engage with senior leaders, attend management meetings and contribute ideas to real‑world challenges.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Associates acceptable for Culinary) obtained within the last two years or expected graduation within 12 months.
- Strong critical‑thinking, interpersonal communication, self‑management and a genuine desire for personal and professional growth.
Required skills
- Fluency in the local language (if required).
- Right to work in Saudi Arabia (visa provided for UAE applicants).
