Waiter - Food Service Server

About the role

The Server supports the strategic plans and objectives of the Food Service Department at a Radisson hotel in Al Jubayl. The role is described as supportive, hands-on and business focused, creating memorable moments for guests while working closely with the immediate supervisor and key partners. The incumbent acts as an ambassador for the brand and follows company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service
• Ability to adapt to changing service environments and to manage work so that assigned tasks are delivered
• Proactive, hands-on approach and passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions and offer recommendations
• Personal integrity and strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively at all levels and to handle challenging priorities
