About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our restaurant team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will ensure guests receive prompt, courteous service and enjoy a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange table set‑ups before and after each guest according to brand standards.
- Greet customers, present menus, assist with selections, take orders and serve food promptly.
- Communicate efficiently with kitchen staff and barista to guarantee order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality, ensure staff maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, and report any issues to the manager on duty.
- Collect bill payments from customers and hand them over to the cashier.
Required profile
- High School Degree.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar customer‑service role.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
