About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a dedicated Waiter to join its team in Jeddah. The role is central to giving guests the best possible dining experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction, clear communication and efficient multitasking.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Take and process orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Work swiftly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Cooperate closely with the kitchen and management team
• Maintain a friendly demeanor at all times
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter in hotels
• Fluent English, spoken and written; Arabic is an added advantage

Required skills

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and good knowledge of the menu to help customers
• Willingness to handle customer inquiries and complaints
