About the role
The Waiter/Waitress provides professional and friendly table service, ensuring high hospitality standards and guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve meals efficiently.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas while following restaurant standards.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, hostess, and management to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
