Restaurant General Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Jeddah. You will be responsible for driving excellence in service, profitability, and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and high service standards.
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Recruit, train, and retain high‑performing team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong team‑building and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
