Warehouse Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, processing, and shipping stock while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This role ensures orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, count, and stock incoming inventory.
• Open boxes, crates, and containers and inspect items for damage.
• Pick items according to order forms and pack them following guidelines.
• Ship orders, enter tracking information, and update the inventory system.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Monitor stock accuracy and record all movements in the inventory system.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to internal delivery procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Resilient, assertive, optimistic, and open to change.
