Warehouse Supervisor - Industrial Equipment

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. The role covers supervising daily warehouse activities, operational processes, warehouse staff and material-handling equipment, as well as safety standards and performance indicators. The successful candidate ensures that deadlines, service standards and customer requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily workloads, warehouse routines and manpower requirements.
• Supervise warehouse operatives and material-handling equipment operators.
• Ensure operational deadlines and productivity targets are met within the allocated manpower budget.
• Monitor quality standards, including accuracy, process compliance and product presentation.
• Maintain customer-specific KPIs and service standards.
• Manage employee performance, development and appraisals.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and throughput.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, HR and operational policies.
• Coordinate maintenance of material-handling equipment within the approved repair and maintenance budget.
• Support manpower planning and control overtime costs.
• Manage purchasing of warehouse consumables and LPO processing in SAP.
• Promote the company's values and behavioural standards across the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of experience in large-scale warehousing operations.
• Previous experience supervising warehouse employees and daily operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse processes, manpower planning, productivity monitoring and safety compliance.
