Well Site Team Leader

About the role

Join Baker Hughes as a Well Site Team Leader and work with cutting‑edge drilling technology on high‑value well construction projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams onsite, ensuring safe, efficient and successful delivery of drilling and completion operations for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support, mentoring, supervision and guidance to Field Engineers on day‑to‑day wellsite activities.
• Manage drilling and completion operations, ensuring work is completed to international, local and customer standards.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver successful projects and resolve complex wellsite issues.
• Analyze system information and data to provide effective resolutions.
• Verify work to enable successful customer delivery and sign‑off of agreed objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5–10 years of experience as a drilling supervisor or in integrated well services.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Willingness to travel on short notice and work away from home for extended periods.
