5th & 6th Grade ELA Teacher (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified English Language Arts (ELA) teacher for 5th and 6th grades to join our American‑curriculum school in Riyadh for the current semester. The position is a full‑time, on‑site role focused on delivering high‑quality ELA instruction to a multicultural student body.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess ELA lessons for 5th and 6th grade classes in line with the American curriculum.
• Maintain a supportive and engaging classroom environment that respects cultural diversity.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and after‑school activities.
• Provide regular feedback to students and communicate progress to parents.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of teaching experience in English Language Arts.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Residency in Riyadh or willingness to relocate immediately.
• Ability to cover a maternity leave period and potentially continue into the next academic year.
