AC Technician

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as an AC Technician and help keep guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces safe, functional, and comfortable. You will play a key part in delivering the hospitality experience that Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring physical functionality and safety across guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Respond quickly to guest calls and internal work orders, addressing service requests promptly.
• Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry work.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they affect operations.
• Document all inspections, repairs, and any outstanding issues in the maintenance system.
