Account Manager - Cloud

About the role

The Account Manager – Cloud will be the primary liaison for key enterprise clients, ensuring high satisfaction while driving growth of cloud services. You will translate business and technical needs into tailored cloud solutions and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Identify new business opportunities, cross‑sell and up‑sell cloud solutions, and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Presales, Delivery and Technical teams to design proposals and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations and solution offerings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiation, contract signing and hand‑over to delivery.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and conduct regular account reviews.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging cloud technologies to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in account management, IT or cloud sales, with a proven record of managing B2B technology accounts.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
