About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our regional team in Riyadh. The role focuses on developing customer relationships and managing medium‑size revenue accounts, following standard sales and renewal processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and drive sales activities across a portfolio of transactional accounts.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene (renewals and gross) in Salesforce and ensure all client administrative tasks are completed.
- Collaborate with customer operations to support deal execution and onboarding.
- Achieve target customer dedication and happiness scores.
- Engage proactively with clients and vendor partners.
- Develop and execute territory plans, staying informed about industry, domain, and target personas.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of customers, their business models and workflows.
- Experience in account management or the financial sector.
- Sophisticated, consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication abilities.
- University degree (advanced degree preferred) and proven account‑management, sales or marketing experience in a customer‑facing environment.
