Lead Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Sales Manager to join Noon Business, our new B2B marketplace focused on enterprise procurement. Based in Riyadh, you will be one of the first sales leaders responsible for building demand, winning anchor accounts, and shaping the go‑to‑market strategy for a high‑growth category.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale demand generation from scratch for the procurement category.
• Identify high‑potential customer segments using data and on‑ground insights.
• Launch early GTM motions, close initial customers, and capture revenue quickly.
• Analyse category economics, supplier incentives, and buying behaviours.
• Run experiments on pricing, RFQ workflows, customer incentives, and acquisition tactics.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, category management or business development.
• Experience with SME or enterprise procurement customers is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence sellers and customers effectively.
• Willingness to spend time in the market and operate with minimal structure.

Required skills

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of buyer behaviour.
• Ability to design and execute pricing and incentive experiments.
• Leadership skills to build and manage a sales team.
