Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of production projects from initiation to completion. The role bridges clients and internal teams, translating client objectives into clear briefs and overseeing projects to meet Dāw’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
• Translate client objectives into briefs and actionable project plans.
• Manage day‑to‑day client servicing with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Own end‑to‑end project management, coordinating production, creative and internal teams to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Anticipate risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure on‑time, on‑brief delivery.
• Monitor account health, track timelines, budgets and deliverables, and provide regular status updates.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the production industry (film, advertising or media production).
• Proven experience in project management and client relationship management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Genuine passion for the creative, advertising or production industry.
