About the role
We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with employers and support business development activities in Riyadh.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders.
- Support business development activities and identify potential employer opportunities.
- Communicate with employers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Manage the employer qualification and onboarding process.
- Follow up with employers to ensure successful activation and ongoing engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address employer requirements effectively.
- Monitor employer activities, maintain accurate records, and track KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on employer relationships and business development progress.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Employer Relations, Account Management, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
