Accounting Manager

About the role

Almoosa Health Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead financial closing, reporting and general ledger activities. The role supports management reporting, statutory audits and ensures compliance with VAT and healthcare accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute periodical financial closing for management reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Review ledger accounts, post monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals and provisions.
• Assist in statutory audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage related‑party reconciliations, payroll, staff incentives and benefits processing.
• Provide additional accounting duties as directed by the department head.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 6 years of professional accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with major audit firms (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC) preferred.
• Healthcare industry exposure is a plus.
• Professional certification such as CA, CPA or ACCA preferred.
