Finance Manager – Real Estate & Construction

About the role

Urbas Middle East is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to direct financial operations at its office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This key leadership role focuses on financial management, project cost engineering, cash flow optimization, and strategic financial planning within the real estate development and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate budgeting, financial forecasting, and long‑term capital planning processes.
• Manage daily cash flows, treasury operations, project cost accounting, and variance analyses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with IFRS accounting standards, VAT filing, Zakat assessments, and Saudi financial laws.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and executive dashboard reporting.
• Utilize ERP systems and financial models to evaluate project margins and optimize operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting designations (SOCPA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA) are strongly preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with direct exposure to the Real Estate Development or Construction industries.
• Professional English communication skills.
