Admin Assistant – International School (2 positions)

About the role

We are looking for two Admin Assistants to join the founding team of a new international school in Amaala. The role sits at the heart of daily operations, supporting school leadership and ensuring a welcoming, well‑run environment for students, families, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and logistical support to school leadership and administrative colleagues.
• Manage reception duties, including handling enquiries, welcoming visitors, and maintaining continuous coverage at the desk.
• Maintain and update digital platforms such as MySEK, Aconex, and other internal systems.
• Upload documentation, follow agreed protocols, and escalate matters appropriately.
• Support communication and community initiatives, working closely with families, staff, and external contacts.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills (school working language).
• Calm, professional, service‑oriented approach with excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multicultural, international environment.
• Willingness to adapt, contribute beyond a narrowly defined role, and work in a new, evolving school.
• Experience in a school or educational setting is highly valued; knowledge of the NOOR system is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MySEK platform.
• Experience using Aconex for document management.
• Familiarity with the NOOR system (advantage).
