About the role
ABB is seeking an Administration Assistant to support its Electrification – Sales & Solutions business in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing high‑level administrative and secretarial services to ensure smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist business managers with research, data verification, and creation of reports, presentations, organization charts, and correspondence.
- Maintain knowledge sharing by keeping stakeholders informed and up‑to‑date.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, triaging issues and initiating appropriate actions.
- Coordinate business‑critical events, including travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation bookings, conference registrations, and speaker logistics.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong ability to work in a multinational environment and communicate effectively.
- Relevant degree or proven track record in administrative support.
