Afterhours Driver Support Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑paced logistics environment as an Afterhours Driver Support Specialist. Working remotely from Saudi Arabia, you will be the primary point of contact for drivers during night shifts, helping them overcome operational challenges and keep shipments moving.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for drivers experiencing issues after regular hours.
• Listen empathetically, assess situations quickly, and provide practical solutions.
• Assist with load, receiver, shipper, routing, and other transportation‑related problems.
• Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to retrieve shipment details and load numbers.
• Coordinate with brokers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders via internal tools such as Slack.
• Maintain clear, accurate communication throughout each issue until resolved.
• Collaborate with at least one teammate on each shift while taking ownership of tasks.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer support, logistics, transportation, or dispatch.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, especially under pressure.
• Empathetic, customer‑focused attitude.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms.
• Experience using Slack or similar internal communication tools.
• Comfortable navigating computer software and digital logistics tools.
