Purchasing Manager – Saudi National

About the role

The Purchasing Manager will lead the procurement function for FAENA The Red Sea, ensuring that all goods and services are sourced at the best quality, cost and timing. This position works closely with internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and support the hotel’s ambitious expansion in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with operational needs and cost‑efficiency goals.
• Source, evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and payment terms with vendors.
• Issue and manage purchase orders within approved budgets.
• Monitor supplier performance, maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinate with finance, stores and operations to identify purchasing requirements.
• Control purchasing costs, identify savings opportunities and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Prepare purchasing reports, performance analysis and support budgeting forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply‑chain management.
• Professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS) is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting and cost tracking.
