AMOS System Supervisor

About the role

The AMOS System Supervisor will lead the implementation, optimisation and ongoing management of the AMOS technical information system for a leading aviation organisation in Saudi Arabia. This position ensures seamless integration of AMOS with business processes and supports the engineering and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, configuration and optimisation of the AMOS system.
• Integrate AMOS with existing operational workflows and business applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and drive system improvements.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting and user support.
• Develop and enforce data security policies and maintain system integrity.
• Monitor system performance, generate reports and present insights to senior management.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors for upgrades, maintenance and technical support.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Train users on AMOS functionality and reporting tools.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering data processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience administering AMOS within an airline, aerospace or MRO environment.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance and engineering processes.
• Hands‑on experience developing Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Willingness to relocate to or already based in Jeddah.
