Senior Technology & OT Infrastructure Analyst (Jeddah)

About the role

Join MBRF as a Senior Technology & OT Infrastructure Analyst to support and continuously improve the technology and automation infrastructure across its factories, corporate and commercial operations. You will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting a wide range of IT and OT environments, ensuring they meet security, reliability and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot networks, servers, telecom, virtualization, end‑user systems, business applications, and cloud/SaaS services.
• Support operational technologies including SCADA, automation, PLC integrations, IoT, dashboards, CCTV/VMS and access‑control systems.
• Translate business and operational needs into secure, scalable technology solutions aligned with architecture and cybersecurity standards.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning and technical evaluation through implementation, testing and handover.
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners, monitoring performance, risks and follow‑up actions.
• Identify infrastructure, cybersecurity and lifecycle risks, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate IT/OT asset, software, license and lifecycle records together with technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or multi‑site environments.
• Hands‑on experience with IT/OT infrastructure, networks, servers, telecom, cloud/SaaS and industrial technologies.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
• Relevant certifications in IT, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, automation or project management are a plus.
