Architect – Design Development & BIM Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect with strong experience in design and design development to join our Saudi Arabia office. The role is full‑time, office‑based and focuses on creating architectural designs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with the Saudi Building Code and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design, preparing and coordinating drawings using Revit within a BIM environment.
• Coordinate with municipalities, local authorities and other governmental entities to obtain approvals, address review comments and ensure permitting compliance.
• Create high‑quality 3D models and visual presentations using 3ds Max and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP and planning teams, participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor design progress, ensure timely delivery and assist in reviewing material submittals, mock‑ups and detailing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in an engineering consultancy.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and ability to join immediately.
• Professional licensure or certification is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local authority regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
