Architect – Design Implementation & Coordination

About the role

We are looking for an Architect to support the implementation of architectural designs on construction projects. The role involves ensuring that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications and local regulations while coordinating closely with civil and MEP disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of architectural designs, verifying compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP and other disciplines to support integrated project execution and resolve design‑related issues.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and technical documents under the supervision of the Senior Architect.
• Monitor on‑site architectural works to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards and specifications.
• Support compliance with local regulations, codes and authority requirements.
• Assist in resolving design discrepancies and site‑related issues in coordination with consultants and the project team.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of architectural activities and updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design implementation processes and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Professional certification such as LEED Green Associate (preferred) or equivalent.
