About the role
We are seeking a qualified Architect to lead operations and maintenance projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery aligns with technical standards and client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage operations and maintenance projects from conception through completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other specialists to integrate architectural solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Council of Engineers regulations and local building codes.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to achieve successful outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance project management.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Medina.
