Architectural Engineer

About the role

The Architectural Engineer will support urban redevelopment and real‑estate growth initiatives, analysing opportunities and ensuring technical requirements are met. The role involves close coordination with developers and stakeholders to drive projects forward.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze urban redevelopment and regeneration opportunities and identify technical requirements.
• Support real‑estate growth planning and follow up on priority initiatives.
• Review and evaluate real‑estate proposals and projects from an architectural and development perspective.
• Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to identify challenges and required actions.
• Develop incentives and exceptions that support the real‑estate development sector.
• Identify priority locations for urban development and regeneration.
• Facilitate developer procedures and monitor required actions.
• Prepare presentations and periodic reports on initiative progress and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of real‑estate development or urban regeneration (preferred).
