Assistant Chief Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to join our vibrant team at Radisson Hotel Group. The role ensures the smooth operation of the property maintenance department and contributes to delivering memorable guest experiences across our Saudi Arabia hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes and property maintenance initiatives to meet hotel targets.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, fostering growth, development and high performance.
• Prepare and control the departmental budget, monitoring costs, inventory and productivity.
• Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property maintenance with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
