General Manager – Premium Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on General Manager to lead a premium restaurant operation in Riyadh. The successful candidate will bring international experience, deep operational expertise, and a passion for exceptional guest service to elevate the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to align kitchen and floor operations.
• Partner with marketing and commercial teams to develop and drive revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Deliver training and coaching to the front‑of‑house team to enhance service and upselling techniques.
• Foster a performance‑led, hands‑on culture within the team.
• Analyse seasonal business patterns and adapt operations accordingly.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a world‑class guest experience.
• Support planning, execution and innovation within the restaurant.
• Take ownership of key KPIs including revenue, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager in premium dining restaurants.
• Track record of leading high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Strong operational and service standards knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to train and up‑skill teams.
• Commercially savvy with the ability to drive top‑line performance.
• Understanding of seasonal and campaign‑based business cycles.
• International exposure or experience highly preferred.
