About the role
The Assistant Manager, Procurement Analytics & Reporting supports the Procurement Planning & Reporting function by creating and maintaining analytics, dashboards and reports that provide visibility into spend, demand, performance and compliance. The role translates raw procurement data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain procurement analytics, dashboards and reporting tools covering planning, spend, demand, performance and compliance.
- Prepare periodic performance reports, track value delivery (savings, cost avoidance, aggregation benefits) and support executive‑level reporting.
- Maintain procurement datasets, validate data sources, reconcile discrepancies and document reporting methodologies.
- Support governance and compliance reporting, prepare inputs for audits, risk metrics and internal reviews.
