Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Inventory

About the role

Valeo Health, a health‑tech company, is seeking a detail‑oriented Assistant Manager to oversee warehouse and inventory functions, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of goods across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Manage daily inventory operations including inbound, outbound and returns processing.
• Maintain warehouse layout, storage practices and safety standards.
• Ensure continuous inventory availability, conduct cycle counts and wall‑to‑wall physical inventories.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics, and prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for management.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, vendors and 3PL partners to meet business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in healthcare, pharma or FMCG sectors.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with inventory management systems / WMS software.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
