About the role

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Human Resources and related Business subjects.
• Conduct scientific research and publish findings in academic journals.
• Provide academic advising and support to students.
• Participate in curriculum development and serve on academic committees.
• Contribute to quality assurance and accreditation activities, including NCAAA standards.

Required profile

• PhD degree in a Business‑related discipline from an accredited university.
• Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Previous university teaching experience.
