Associate Credit Services Representative

About the role

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Credit Services Representative to safeguard the company’s financial health across Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries. You will analyse credit applications, assess risk, and build strong client relationships to ensure timely collections and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers and internal stakeholders on collections, order release, credit limits, and dispute resolution.
• Manage collections activities for assigned portfolios across Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries, minimizing balances and reconciling accounts.
• Escalate and resolve disputes and collection issues through professional relationships.
• Prepare delegations for collection agencies and follow up on unallocated cash.
• Provide accurate responses to internal and external queries via phone and correspondence.
• Review new customer creation forms, add credit data, and coordinate timely customer setup.
• Prepare management reports and perform account and customer reconciliations.

Required profile

• Background in accounting or business administration.
• Knowledge of customer collection processes.
• Minimum three years of experience, preferably in healthcare companies such as NUPCO.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation abilities.
• Computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
