Associate General Counsel

About the role

The Associate General Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to Qiddiya Investment Company and its subsidiaries, including Qiddiya Park Operations LLC, which develops major entertainment projects such as Six Flags Theme Park and Aquarabia Water Park. This senior legal professional will act as a trusted advisor, helping the business mitigate risks and stay compliant with all applicable laws.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate legal advice to internal teams and subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement legal frameworks and processes that protect company assets.
• Lead negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts and other legal transactions.
• Oversee claims and dispute‑resolution efforts, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
• Manage relationships with external law firms and contribute to the overall legal strategy.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) required; LL.M or J.D. preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in entertainment, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Admission to practice law in Saudi Arabia preferred; admission in a common‑law jurisdiction is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English highly desirable.
