Associate Translator – Audit & Assurance (Riyadh)

About the role

As a Translator in Audit & Assurance at Deloitte, you will translate audit reports, financial statements, management letters, proposals, and presentations between English and Arabic. You will ensure accuracy, clarity, and a professional tone for client deliverables while supporting the audit team’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate written materials such as audit reports, financial statements, management letters, proposals, and presentations from English to Arabic and vice versa.
• Maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency of translations, preserving the professional tone required for client deliverables.
• Apply AI tools in an audit context to improve efficiency, including prompt engineering and structured problem‑solving.
• Exercise professional scepticism when using AI‑generated outputs, validating accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness before inclusion in audit documentation.
• Adhere to responsible AI guidelines, including governance, risk, confidentiality, and use of firm‑approved AI tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Translation, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional translation experience, preferably within audit, assurance, or financial services.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent writing and proofreading skills in both languages.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high‑quality work under pressure.
