Auto Technician – KAU

About the role

The Auto Technician will work in the service centre to deliver high‑quality repair and maintenance services. Reporting to the Chief Technician, the role focuses on meeting customer satisfaction targets while adhering to company standards and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs according to customer requests within promised delivery times and cost estimates.
• Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections using mechanical tools under the supervision of the Chief Technician.
• Diagnose and resolve high‑technical issues, including NVH‑related cases, with assistance from workshop leaders.
• Execute after‑sales activities such as vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance in line with company policies.
• Maintain a guest‑centric approach to ensure high service quality.
• Record repair data, operation numbers, and vehicle delivery status using computerized time‑control sheets.
• Interpret technical information, service bulletins, and daily functional updates.
