B2B Sales Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead growth of our logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation and 3PL solutions in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts and delivering revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify, approach and secure new B2B clients across logistics, supply chain, warehousing and transportation sectors.
• Promote integrated logistics solutions including warehousing, freight forwarding, 3PL and distribution services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations and contracts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Expand services within existing accounts and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and exhibitions.
• Report sales performance and business development activities to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation or 3PL.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Established network of corporate clients in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence (preferred).
