Bar Manager – Al Khobar

About the role

Le Café LPM is seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to lead its beverage program in Al Khobar. You will be responsible for everything that leaves the bar, from the first morning espresso to the final evening cocktail, ensuring each drink reflects the café’s French‑Riviera inspired ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and evolve the bar menu, balancing authenticity, price and quality.
• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring precision, consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and floor teams to deliver seamless service.
• Manage inventory, ordering and cost control while preserving the brand experience.
• Train, mentor and schedule bar staff, fostering a passionate and high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a bar program in a high‑volume, guest‑facing environment.
• Background in all‑day dining or lifestyle restaurant concepts is a strong advantage.
• Ability to unite bar, floor and kitchen teams around a shared vision.
• Commercially astute without compromising the guest experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is a genuine advantage.
