BI Developer / Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BI Developer/Consultant to join our team on‑site in Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing, building, and delivering end‑to‑end business intelligence solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement BI solutions from data modeling to visualization and deployment.
• Gather requirements directly from business users and translate them into interactive dashboards and reports.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and complex joins.
• Build and troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipelines that feed BI layers.
• Present insights and visualisations to executive and C‑level audiences.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of experience delivering BI solutions end‑to‑end.
• Fluent Arabic speaking is mandatory.
• Prior consulting experience with client‑facing engagements and stakeholder management.
• Domain knowledge in operations, logistics, parking, or municipal data is a plus.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimisation and stored procedures.
• Data modelling experience (star schema, dimensional modelling).
• ETL/ELT development and troubleshooting.
• DAX or equivalent calculation language proficiency.
• Familiarity with data governance and row‑level security.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Python, or R is advantageous.
