BMS Technician

About the role

As a BMS Technician you will ensure the reliable operation of our Building Management Systems, supporting the facilities of a leading accounting firm in Riyadh. You will work with a skilled team to maintain, upgrade and optimise the systems that control building services and energy consumption.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of BMS hardware and software to meet performance standards.
• Collaborate with facility managers to plan and implement system upgrades that improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Document all maintenance actions, system changes and performance data in detailed logs.
• Assist in the installation, wiring and configuration of new BMS equipment, ensuring proper integration with existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users on system functions and best practices.
• Monitor system performance through data analysis, generate reports and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialised repairs, ensuring compliance with budget and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in building automation technology and continuous learning.

Required skills
