About the role
As a Brand Associate you will support the brand and business by coordinating, tracking and executing operational and sales activities across retail stores and partners. The role works closely with internal teams and retail partners to drive results, optimise stock and support brand activations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor weekly and monthly sell‑out, year‑over‑year vs target, door‑level performance and BA productivity, flagging under‑performing locations.
- Follow up on purchase orders, assortment, pricing, new listings, stock availability and retailer requirements.
- Track stock on hand, out‑of‑stock situations, stock transfers, replenishments, fill‑rate and order follow‑up.
- Maintain trackers for testers, samples and gifts‑with‑purchase.
