Senior Account Manager

About the role

Nextwo is seeking a Senior Account Manager to act as the strategic bridge between its technical teams and a growing client base across Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Egypt. The role focuses on delivering offshore and hybrid technology solutions while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and maintain long‑lasting client partnerships, serving as the primary liaison between global clients and internal technical teams.
• Understand client business objectives and technical needs to propose tailored manpower and offshore development solutions.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross‑selling, and upselling of tech services.
• Proactively resolve client escalations and operational bottlenecks with professionalism.
• Monitor account performance and service delivery metrics to ensure retention and quality standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager in offshore companies, IT outsourcing, or tech staffing.
• Exceptional client‑facing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of offshore business models, managed services, and tech domains such as software development, cloud, AI, and ERP systems.
• High emotional intelligence and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
