Brand Reputation Manager

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Brand Reputation Manager to strengthen its ability to anticipate, prepare for, and respond to risks and crises across its ultra‑luxury tourism destinations. You will lead risk and crisis communications planning, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and protect the company’s reputation while supporting Vision 2030 initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ongoing risk assessments for projects, covering geopolitical, economic, environmental, reputational and operational dimensions.
• Monitor emerging issues using tools such as Sprinklr, industry sources and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop, test and maintain crisis communication plans and preparedness procedures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional response teams during incidents to ensure consistent messaging.
• Embed best‑practice crisis preparedness across the organization.
• Manage high‑stakes communication projects that safeguard and enhance the brand.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in risk assessment, crisis communications or related fields.
• Proven ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management capabilities in a multi‑project environment.
• Understanding of tourism, hospitality or real‑estate development sectors is a plus.
