About the role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions, supporting digital transformation and technology projects across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit needs.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, and process maps.
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support testing, user acceptance, and change‑management activities.
- Monitor project requirements throughout the lifecycle.
- Participate in digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering technology projects.
