Business Developer – Saudi Arabia

About the role

DOKEVER KSA is seeking an experienced Business Developer to drive commercial growth across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will build direct access to key decision‑makers, qualify opportunities and convert them into sustainable revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities throughout the Kingdom.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
• Develop relationships with senior Saudi decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Secure high‑value meetings and introductions with targeted organisations.
• Represent DOKEVER at meetings, conferences and business events across Riyadh and the wider Kingdom.
• Support commercial negotiations through contract signature and collection.
• Identify relevant tenders, RFPs and procurement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reporting of prospects, opportunities, next actions and pipeline value.

Required profile

• Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Native or full professional proficiency in Saudi Arabic, professional proficiency in French, and strong English skills.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships or key account management.
• Strong understanding of Saudi business culture and decision‑making processes.
• Ability to engage directly with senior executives, institutional stakeholders and government‑related organisations.
• Established professional network in Riyadh and within Saudi government entities or major corporations is a significant advantage.
