Business Development Associate

About the role

Mnzil is a fast‑growing prop‑tech company reshaping workforce housing in Saudi Arabia. The Business Development Associate will support the BD team in generating leads, nurturing client relationships and managing the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and market analysis.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks and follow‑up materials for senior BD members.
• Track pipeline status, generate regular progress reports and update the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in Arabic and professional English.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
